How do I use Moisturizing Face Cream?

Cleanse Your Face: Start with a clean face by washing with SunTree’s Face & Body Bar. Pat dry with a soft towel.

Apply to Your Face: Using gentle upward motions, apply the moisturizing cream evenly onto your face and neck. Focus on areas that tend to be drier or need extra hydration. Remember, little goes a long way.

 Massage In: Use light, circular motions to massage the cream into your skin. This promotes circulation and helps the cream absorb deeply.

 Allow Absorption: Let the moisturizing cream absorb into your skin for a few minutes before applying any makeup or sunscreen.

 Use Daily: For best results, use the moisturizing face cream twice daily – once in the morning and once at night – as part of your skincare routine.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently provide shipping services exclusively to customers located within the United States (US). We do not offer international shipping at this time. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that your shipping address is within the United States.

SunTree Skincare offers FREE shipping for all customers. Therefore, your shipping cost is ZERO!
What is your return policy?
We allow customers to return SunTree Skincare products purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt for a refund to the original payment method only.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Return Request: To submit a return request, please e-mail suntreeskincare@gmail.com with the following information:

Order Number: Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email.
Email Address: Provide the email that was used to place your SunTree Skincare order.
Description: Please describe a reason for your return.
Return Label: Approval and processing of all returns must be handled by SunTree Skincare’s return department. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper and secure packaging, as well as covering any associated return shipping costs.

Return Processing: You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days of our returns department receiving it. The return will not be processed if the items are found to be packaged carelessly or without due consideration.
